With the F-60913 designation I believe this was first put out as a field trial. It is similar in appearance to the 10A charge phone. It is dated 8/79. One thing to note is that how it differs from the 10A is that this model has a lock, in this case a 29A46 (NJ). The 10A has no lock just a security screw to secure it. I am missing the back mounting plate to this phone.
